Design, install, and maintain critical systems, including fire alarms, suppression systems, and security controls, across sectors like healthcare, education, housing, and commercial properties.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, with a focus on engineering and technical roles
* Proactively sourcing and headhunting top talent across multiple channels
* Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines
* Partnering with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring goals
* Delivering a seamless and engaging candidate experience
* Managing offers, negotiations, and onboarding
* Bringing fresh ideas to enhance sourcing strategies and recruitment processes
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
* Strong sourcing and headhunting capability
* Experience recruiting for engineering or technical roles
* Confident using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools
* Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
* A proactive, driven, and people-first mindset
