You will support both new and existing customers, helping them navigate their early journey while maintaining high service and compliance standards. You will be trusted to manage customer interactions professionally, with the time and support needed to deliver quality service rather than chase volume. About You • Experience in a complaint handling via phone calls • Proven ability to manage customer issues accurately and professionally. • Comfortable working in a regulated or process-driven environment.
