We’re recruiting for a HR Insights & Project Lead to join our Retial HR team.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how Retail HR uses insight to support colleagues and leaders.

What you’ll be doing:
* Partnering with People Insights and Workforce Planning to deliver clear, accurate and insightful HR data and analysis
* Leading the delivery of our employee listening (Voice) strategy, generating actionable insights and sharing recommendations with senior stakeholders
* Coordinating and producing papers for Retail Executive, Board and governance forums, ensuring clarity and consistency
* Supporting transformation projects by providing data‑driven insight and evidence‑based recommendations
* Managing cyclical HR data and insights activity including organisational design, pay review, talent, performance and D&I
* Delivering planned and ad‑hoc HR projects that support the Retail People Plan
* Representing Retail HR across internal forums to connect teams, share insight and enable progress
* Designing and implementing HR policies that reinforce fair treatment and positive outcomes for customers
Qualifications
Who we’re looking for:
* Strong analytical skills, with experience translating data into clear insight and recommendations
* Good understanding of project and planning methodologies
* Ability to influence and facilitate effectively, including working with senior leaders and Boards
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Experience working in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple projects and delivering at pace
* Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail
* Highly organised, adaptable and able to work in ambiguous situations
* Skilled in deriving insights from data and using them to drive value
