Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
* Train, supervise, and motivate housekeeping staff, fostering a positive work environment.
* Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to established standards.
* Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
* Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
* Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the hotel.
Skills
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or hospitality environment is essential.
* Strong knowledge of janitorial practices and cleaning techniques.
