BDS Recruitment are looking for a Supported Housing Advisor to support a small caseload of tenants across Sunderland within temporary accommodation. This role focuses on tenancy support, property management, and helping vulnerable residents maintain safe and stable accommodation.
Key Duties
* Support tenants with tenancy management and benefit queries
* Complete tenancy sign‑ups and explain rights/responsibilities
* Maximise rent collection and follow arrears procedures
* Signpost to external support services
* General housing management tasks as required
Requirements
* Experience in housing, supported housing, or tenancy support
* Experience with vulnerable adults
* Enhanced DBS (within 12 months or on Update Service)
* Full UK driving licence + own vehicle
Pay & Hours
* £14.06 PAYE / £18.56 Umbrella
* Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
* Ongoing temporary role
