Primary Purpose & Scope:
Are you a visionary leader ready to drive the future of entertainment rewards? We are looking for a Head of Creative Reward Development to take the reins of our Entertainment division. This role is about more than just creative direction—it's about setting the standard for innovative, industry-leading solutions that captivate audiences and drive commercial success. You’ll be shaping the future of entertainment experiences across omni-channel strategies, cutting-edge marketing activation, and globally recognised brands.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish creative direction within the Entertainment division globally.
2. Collaborate with the Category Heads to develop brand and product strategies that align with commercial requirements and consumer trends.
3. Partner with the Head of Licensing to align TCC’s brand portfolio with market trends and manage creative elements throughout partnerships.
4. Build strong relationships with Creative Directors and Product Development Leads within licensors to access new creative assets.
5. Lead cross-functional teams to inspire creative excellence in visual design and storytelling while meeting commercial team requirements.
6. Educate and inspire commercial teams on Entertainment Brand solutions, enabling them to confidently pitch to clients.
7. Oversee all creative executions, ensuring alignment of the sales toolkit and compelling campaign narratives.
8. Engage in global travel to stay informed about industry trends and bring insights back to enhance TCC solutions.
9. Manage budgets, and project deadlines, and create schedules to maintain project goals and team priorities.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Essential:
10. Significant creative leadership experience within a licensor, licensee, leading brand, or marketing agency, with a proven track record in driving creative execution and product development.
11. Solid team and project leadership experience, particularly in managing complex cross-functional teams.
12. Ability to conceptualize new ideas and create competitive strategies, leading teams to successful project completion.
13. Confident in challenging the status quo and leading creative direction with key insights and trends.
14. 8+ years of relevant experience.
Desirable:
15. Experience in the retail loyalty sector, particularly with loyalty marketing campaigns.
16. Experience within a licensor/licensee environment.
17. Licensing experience with a major entertainment or toy licensor is preferable.
18. Bachelor's Degree in a key academic or design field; a graduate degree in design, art, advertising, marketing, or business-related functions.

19. External: Licencors, design agencies, inventors, and industry specialists.
20. Internal: Product Development and Design, Licensing Team, Regional Heads of Entertainment, Commercial Teams, and Executive Committee.
