Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
* Strong knowledge of sustainability standards and ESG reporting frameworks, and the ability to interpret and apply them in a regulated environment.
* Experience in digital sustainability reporting across requirements definition, target-state process/data design, controls and governance (including working with technology teams in an advisory capacity).
* Proven capability to plan and conduct stakeholder workshops, synthesise inputs, and translate them into clear reporting solutions.
* Demonstrated experience translating regulatory and sustainability requirements into operational processes, data definitions, and governance controls.
* Strong project management and coordination skills (planning, dependency management, RAID, status reporting) with a structured, consulting mindset.
* Working knowledge of federated data architecture concepts (e.g., data mesh/data fabric) and how they support governed, scalable reporting.
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
* Experience in financial services sustainability/ESG reporting and/or working with assurance, audit, or regulatory stakeholders.
