Job Description

3. Act as the first point of contact for customers, coordinating service requests via phone and email.
4. Schedule, coordinate, and manage engineers workloads, ensuring appointments are planned efficiently and meet customer expectations.
5. Liaise closely with engineers to confirm availability, job details, and completion updates.
6. Manage service‑related enquiries, providing timely updates to customers and resolving issues where possible.
7. Maintain accurate service records, job notes, and engineer schedules within internal systems.
8. Coordinate parts, materials, and documentation required for service visits where necessary.
9. Escalate urgent or complex issues appropriately to ensure minimal service disruption.
10. Ensure all service activity is carried out in line with company procedures, service standards, and confidentiality requirements.
11. Support general service administration tasks to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful customer service advisor should have:

12. Previous experience in an customer service advisor.
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
14. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
15. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
16. Good verbal and written communication skills.
17. A proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
