Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join Monster's NPD commercialization team. This is a newly created role that will lead a small team of project managers with responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of an incredible pipeline of Innovation, Supply Optimization, Productivity, Promotions and Maintenance projects across our Monster, Affordable and Strategic Brand portfolio into our rapidly growing, high traffic EMEA region.
Working closely with the Director of Commercial and Supply Chain Programmes, you will be accountable for the delivery of c.600 (SKU level) projects annually, across multiple regions within EMEA and own the commercialization relationship with regional bottling partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Project Delivery:
* Manage complex NPD, innovation, productivity, and optimization projects from concept to launch across EMEA.
* Oversee end-to-end delivery of ~600 SKU-level projects annually.
Team Leadership:
* Line-manage and mentor 1–3 project managers to deliver projects OTIF.
* Conduct performance reviews and support team development.
Ensure High Standards:
* Audit project quality and process adherence.
* Implement corrective actions and ensure documentation for effective decision-making.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management:
* Build strong relationships with commercial, operations, and external partners.
* Align project objectives with stakeholder needs and resolve conflicts.
Process Improvement:
* Identify and implement improvements in commercialization processes.
* Promote continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
Data & Reporting:
* Analyze project performance using tools (Excel, Power BI, SAP).
* Provide regular status reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
* Strategic Contribution:
* Support departmental strategy and initiatives.
* Foster engagement and high-performance culture within the team.
About You:
* Proficiency in Project Management: Deep understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, as well as the demonstrated ability to lead project teams, and deliver projects within a stage and gate process.
* Team Management: Experience of managing a team of 1-3 people, providing direction, mo
* tivation, and support to achieve their project and career development goals.
* End-to-End NPD Project Delivery Knowledge. Comprehensive understanding of NPD delivery requirements within an FMCG supply chain environment, from product conception to delivery and operating at a strategic or detailed level.
* Expertise in Data Analysis (Excel / Power BI / SAP): Proficiency in data analysis to source and analyze project data or metrics, manage KPI's, and make data-driven decisions.
* Stakeholder Management: Influential interpersonal skills to engage with and manage stakeholders effectively, ensuring alignment and support for project objectives.
* Communication Skills: Accomplished communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex ideas, facilitate discussions, and provide regular clear updates to stakeholders.
* Discipline and Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and discipline to ensure accuracy and precision in project management processes and data handling, including identification and managing cross programme dependency.
* Process and Ways-Of-Working Optimization: Ability to establish and optimize processes and ways of working to enhance project management efficiency, streamline workflows, and drive continuous improvement.
* Risk and Issue Management: Proven ability to lead and resolve risk and issues, encompassing clear presentation of accurate data, presentation of options analysis and management of escalation to facilitate decision making.
