Job Description
* Line manager of financial accounts or management accounts teams
* Formulating strategic and long-term business plans
* Ensuring company's financial reports are accurate and timely
* Developing financial management mechanisms that minimise financial risk
* Taking in active approach in the automation of financial processes
* Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and legislation
* Engaging with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Finance Manager should have:
* Professional qualification such as ACA, CIMA, ACCA
* Proficient understanding of finance management principles
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
* Excellent leadership abilities
* Experience in strategic planning and risk management
* Experience, knowledge of or a keen interest in automation policies/ideas
* Strong knowledge of financial software and Excel
* Experience of SOX (desirable)
