Pay Rate: £17.85 - £23.38 per hour
We have a new opportunity for a Plumber to join the responsive repairs team for a local contractor to work across council owned properties in Banbury.
Responsibilities:
Undertaking a variety of responsive or planned plumbing tasks within occupied and void properties
Repairing leaks, repairing or replacing toilet seats, shower heads or hoses, unblocking waste traps, toilets, gutters, rainwater pipes, etc.
Repairing and maintaining plumbing systems, replacing defective washers, replacing or mending broken pipes.
Producing concise and accurate data records through PDA / mobile communication systems and reporting, including feedback on vulnerabilities within the community, the use of labour and materials and if tasks are deliverable in the time allocation.Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Plumbing (required)Benefits:
