Senior Associate / Director – Commercial Property
Service Care Solutions is recruiting for a Senior Associate / Director to join a forward‑thinking law firm in Glasgow. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a commercial property professional looking to lead on high‑value, complex transactions within a supportive and progressive environment.
Responsibilities
* Lead on complex commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, development projects, funding deals, and commercial leasing.
* Provide clear, strategic advice to clients across all aspects of commercial property and conveyancing.
* Mentor and supervise junior team members, supporting their development.
* Contribute to departmental business meetings and marketing initiatives.
* Promote and expand the firm’s commercial property business, developing relationships with both existing and new clients.
* Identify opportunities to cross‑sell services across the firm.
About You
* Open to candidates across different levels of experience.
* Strong technical knowledge in commercial property law, with a proven track record in complex transactions.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and business development skills.
* Ambitious, client‑focused, and commercially minded.
* Monday–Friday (35 hours/week), with flexibility or part‑time arrangements considered.
* Permanent role based in Glasgow.
