Job: Mobile Fabric Technician
Location: Brighton, Worthing, Horsham
Salary: Upto GBP30k (van and fuel card)
Your new role:
As the Mobile Fabric Technician, you will work on a van mobile basis and carry out reactive and planned fabric repairs working on a large retail contract.
Key duties will include:
* Day:to:day delivery of maintenance works
* Fabric maintenance including carpentry, joinery, basic plumbing, basic electrical, painting, decorating and other tasks
* Reactive and fabric PPM maintenance
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations
What are they looking for?
* A recognised trade qualification
* Proven experience in building services maintenance
* A clean UK Driving Licence
* Strong problem:solving skills
* A customer:focused attitude
* Flexibility to cover sites between Brighton, Horsham, Worthing
