ROLE: M&E Project Manager
HOURS: 40 Hours per week
LOCATION: Fife, Scotland

Role Responsibilities:
1. Define project scope with key stakeholders and deliver M&E projects safely, on time and within budget.
2. Lead, coordinate and motivate project teams, including specialist designers and contractors.
3. Manage risks, change control and project dependencies across multiple workstreams.
4. Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, contractual obligations and industry standards.
5. Monitor project performance, financial controls and forecasts while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.
Required Qualifications: applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
6. Minimum 5 years' experience in an M&E construction or engineering environment.
7. Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
8. Confident leadership and communication skills, with stakeholder management experience.
9. Strong commercial awareness including budget and financial management.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Microsoft Project preferred.
