Role Overview
As aGlobal Sales Recruiter, you will:
* Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers across international markets and STEM sectors.
* Develop and execute innovative global recruitment strategies to source top sales talent.
* Utilise our digital platforms and automation technology to streamline the recruitment process.
* Partner with clients and candidates, understanding their needs to deliver tailored solutions.
* Drive the full sales lifecycle, from initial engagement to offer negotiation and deal closure.
* Represent our comprehensive suite of talent solutions, from behavioral profiling to performance services.
* Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure an outstanding candidate and client experience.

Successful candidates will have:
* Demonstrated success in 360 recruitment, executive search, or sales, preferably with experience in international or STEM sectors.
* A consultative, relationship-driven approach with strong negotiation skills.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
* Proven drive, ambition, and a track record of delivering results in a dynamic environment.
