The Role
Lecturer – BA (Hons) Global Business and Entrepreneurship programme. Must be flexible to teach weekdays, evenings and weekends. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

What you'll be doing
Deliver management related modules, develop and deliver comprehensive course materials, undertake teaching and assessment, keep up to date with field developments, and support students.
Responsibilities
* Plan, deliver, and assess student work, ensuring learning outcomes are met.
* Develop, update, and improve course materials.
* Use diverse learning and teaching methods/materials.
* Engage in staff development activities, peer observations, meetings, and administrative duties.
* Stay current with latest developments in the field and student support practices.
* Work towards objectives for student attendance, continuation, completion, satisfaction, and progression.
Qualifications – About you
* Master’s degree in a relevant subject (PhD desirable).
* Previous UK HE lecturing experience in the wider subject area.
* Extensive knowledge of relevant subject matter.
* Experience supervising student work and providing support and feedback.
* Experience of accurate reporting and maintaining thorough student records.
* Ability to work under pressure, plan and prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team‑working skills.
* Ability to work with diverse groups of people.
Desirable
* Postgraduate Certificate of Academic Practice or equivalent teaching qualification (or commitment to enrol on a teaching programme).
* Experience in design/development of academic or professional education programmes.
