Role Description

This is a full-time, ideally on-site role located in Crawley.

As an Experiential Client Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind creating immersive brand experiences that connect consumers with our FMCG clients in meaningful and memorable ways. You’ll manage end-to-end delivery of experiential campaigns — from concept to execution — ensuring every activation amplifies brand equity, drives engagement, and delivers measurable business results.

This is an opportunity to build your own department within the business.

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creative flair, and strong client relationship management. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, agencies, and brand partners to bring ideas to life and deliver world-class consumer experiences.

The position involves working across multiple client activities and ensuring all jobs are activated and completed in a timely fashion. You will be supported by an experienced team internally and in the field. You will ensure that all activities are on track and will work with the team and client contacts to achieve this. Our reputation is paramount which often means it is ‘all hands to the pumps’ to get work completed on time. We are looking for a committed, quick working and energetic team player.


Duties and Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


Client & Project Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for FMCG clients, developing trusted partnerships and a deep understanding of their brand goals.

Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of experiential campaigns — including product launches, sampling activations, pop-ups, festivals, and shopper engagement events.

Translate client briefs into actionable creative and operational plans that align with marketing and sales objectives.

Attend client meetings as required, which can be via Teams, or in person. In person meetings can be anywhere in the UK.

Present activity updates to the client

Diary Management for workload and future events using Microsoft products

Providing support to our booking team if required and ensuring the field team is in attendance as required

Keeping the team training up to date including creating training videos and briefs

Attending internal meetings (via Teams) to go through workload and to share capacity with other team members as required

Ordering and producing event Kit as required. Managing stock levels on hand.

Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure flawless execution and ROI-driven results.


Creative & Strategic Contribution

Collaborate with creative and production teams to craft compelling experiential concepts that enhance brand storytelling.

Identify new opportunities for innovation, and digital integration within live experiences.

Leverage consumer insights and data to refine campaign strategies and measure impact.


Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

* Work cross-functionally with brand and trade teams to ensure cohesive consumer journeys.
* Manage third-party suppliers, agencies, and event partners — ensuring quality, safety, and compliance standards are met.


Skills and Qualifications

* Proven track record of managing large-scale activations and delivering high client satisfaction.
* Account Management Experience with the ability to provide Client Focussed Solutions
* Ability to Communicate Client Needs with Team
* Project Management Skills with Strong commercial acumen - experience managing budgets and performance metrics.
* Talent for Influencing Client Management
* Ability to Manage Multiple Projects and Relationships Simultaneously
* Negotiation / Listening / Communication / Presentation / Time Management Skills
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent Excel and Data Manipulation Skills
* PowerPoint building and presentation Skills

Working conditions

The company office is based in Three Bridges, clients can be based anywhere in the UK. This is a hybrid role primarily based from the office. Many of the campaigns are based in London.
