To support the management of our luxury boutique. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of luxury retail operations, exceptional client service skills, and a passion for menswear tailoring and ready-to-wear. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Boutique Manager in all aspects of daily boutique operations.
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation, and inventory management.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring a personalised and memorable service.
* Support stock management, including ordering, replenishment, and stocktakes.
* Assist in recruitment, training, and performance management of boutique staff.
* Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
* Contribute to achieving sales goals through effective team management and active selling.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably in menswear tailoring and ready-to-wear.
* Previous experience in a assistant management role is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of clienteling and building lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
* Commercially driven with a results-oriented approach.
* Flexible and adaptable to the demands of a luxury boutique environment.
* Proficient in retail systems, MS Office, and stock management tools.
