Job Description:
We’re looking for a Sales Advisor on behalf of our client, Coloplast – a global leader in medical devices and healthcare solutions based in Peterborough. Whether it’s helping someone return to their daily routine or guiding them to the right product for their needs, this is not a cold calling role, every call you make can change a life.
* A starting salary of £27,000 plus the opportunity to earn up to an additional £5,200 in annual bonuses, plus 5% profit-related pay.

The role
Due to the nature of the role, you’ll need to be sales-driven and motivated whilst being empathetic towards customers living with chronic conditions. Comprehensive clinical training will be provided.
* Proactively contact existing and prospective consumers
* Provide expert advice across a range of product areas
* Guide users through product selection and usage
* Manage sample orders and provide meaningful follow-up
* Deliver exceptional, empathetic customer experiences
Who we are looking for

* Proficient in managing multiple priorities and using PC systems with accuracy
* Able to receive and give feedback to continuously improve
