Medical Director (DVM)

Provide high-quality medical care, including diagnostics, treatment, and surgery Establish and uphold medical standards, protocols, and best practices Lead, mentor, and support a team of veterinarians and support staff Collaborate with hospital leadership on operational and strategic initiatives Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on excellence and growth Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and ethical standards Support continuous learning and professional development within the team Maintain accurate medical records and oversee quality of care Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited institution Active veterinary license in good standing (or eligibility) Several years of clinical experience (leadership experience preferred) Strong clinical, diagnostic, and surgical skills Proven leadership, mentoring, and team-building abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care Benefits
