We are taking applications for an Aspiring Senior Rehab Support Worker who would like to apply now for next year's cohort onto our excellent Senior Development Programme and to gain practical experience in our outstanding residential service in Worsbrough, Barnsley.
The ideal candidate would be kind, thrive on mentoring and supporting others and who is able to lead a team to provide exceptional support and rehabilitation.
The role would potentially suit:
· A graduate with other transferable work experience; or
· A person with other social care experience who is looking to develop their career

The starting salary for this role is £12.60 per hour, increasing on successful completion of the Aspiring Senior Development Programme, probation and being successful in interview for the role.
