The Role
We are looking for a HR Intern to join our friendly, global HR team. This would be an ideal opportunity for someone with strong administration skills to gain experience in a range of HR tasks.
* Support day-to-day HR administration tasks
* Responsible for ensuring HR records are kept up to date. Including, but not limited to; holiday records, staff profiles, appraisal records.
* Involvement in HR projects
* Monitoring the shared HR mailbox and responding to employee enquiries and requests
* Supporting onboarding administration, including preparing offer letters, conducting reference checks, issuing contracts

Essential Skills
* Strong general administration and organisational skills
* Good time management and ability to manage your own workload
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude
* Good IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
Desirable Skills
* Currently studying or qualified in administration, business, HR or a related area.
* Previous experience in a professional work environment
* Interest in technology and AI tools to enhance HR processes
