NQA UK Marketing Manager

The Role
Are you an experienced marketing professional ready to drive brand transformation and growth? We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our marketing strategy, ensuring the effective positioning of the NQA brand in the UK and globally.
As Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of NQA’s brand, with a strong focus on digital, social, and relationship-driven growth marketing. You will manage a talented marketing team and work closely with colleagues across sales, training, technical, and international teams to deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning
1. Develop and implement an annual growth and brand marketing strategy for NQA UK, aligned with company objectives and commercial strategy, and cascade globally.
2. Create, implement, and evaluate annual content and campaign plans targeting existing, new, and transfer customers, as well as key stakeholders.
Management
3. Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring all activities are delivered on time and within budget.
4. Provide line management and leadership to the marketing team.
5. Oversee the Associate Partnership Program (APP).
6. Support the Commercial Director with additional duties as required.
Market Analysis
7. Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis, feeding insights into campaign planning and management.
Day-to-Day Operations
8. Ensure accurate and effective content is published to drive lead generation and business growth.
9. Organise, publish, and attend marketing activities including copywriting, PR, promotions, webinars, conferences, and seminars.
10. Plan and deliver promotional and digital campaigns aligned with commercial strategy, focusing on brand promotion, commercial growth, and exceptional customer service.
11. Regularly review and update NQA’s digital platforms (website, social media, PPC, SEO), monitoring and reporting on effectiveness.
12. Maintain brand management and corporate identity.
13. Provide guidance to EMEA agents, USA, and India on brand and marketing delivery.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
14. Bachelor’s degree with significant marketing or digital marketing content.
15. Extensive experience across marketing disciplines: advertising, PR, direct mail, events, printed and promotional materials, new media, and website management.
16. Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally within professional services.
17. Track record of planning and delivering strategic marketing campaigns (online and offline).
18. Strong management and leadership skills.
19. Budget management and financial control experience.
20. Exceptional copywriting ability.
21. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
22. Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
23. Digital marketing expertise, including social media and website development.
24. Proficiency in MS Office, website CMS, Salesforce (or similar CRM).
25. Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise.
26. Full, clean, valid driving licence.
Desirable:
27. Professional marketing qualification (e.g., CIM Postgraduate Diploma).
28. Project management experience.
29. Experience managing supplier and partner relationships.
30. Strong report-writing and presentation skills.
31. Experience with design and marketing tools (Adobe Photoshop, email marketing software, Adobe Acrobat, SurveyMonkey).
