Position summary
We seek a dynamic Technical Director to lead scientific innovation at our UK site in Sandwich (remote work possible), reporting to the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) in the US. The role involves shaping research, development, and manufacturing strategies within our global organization.
What you’ll do
* Provide scientific leadership and mentorship across international project teams.
* Review and approve technical proposals, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
* Ensure effective communication and alignment on project costs, timelines, and data reporting.
* Support business growth by collaborating with commercial teams in Europe, China, and the US.
* Contribute to the strategic development of the UK site in small molecules, peptides, and other modalities.

Qualifications, skills, and experience

* Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
* Knowledge of cGMP, ICH guidelines, and clinical development phases is desirable.
