Randstad are recruiting Qualified Social Workers to join Lancashire County Council's Adoption team. This is a full time role offering £34 - £41 per hour.

Responsibilities:
7. You will attend assessment sessions, panels and most work with children and families is in person.
8. The needs of our children are best met when placed with adopters who we have recruited and assessed to help create a seamless journey for both adopters and children.
9. Social Workers in our busy workstream, recruit, assess, train and support families throughout the adoption journey, retaining case responsibility for the adopters through matching and post placement.
10. You will ideally have adoption experience, preferably in the assessment of families, otherwise a background of adoption knowledge and experience from working with children is required.
11. You must have transferable skills in assessment and the ability to write complex extensive reports for panels and court.
Requirements:

13. Social Work England registered
14. Social Work degree
