Part time administrator required, for a small residential home in Betley, Near Crewe.
This role will be a job share with our current administrator, working 2 days a week, from 9am to 4pm (or 5pm) on a Tuesday and Thursday (negotiable), but hours can be flexible for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will work closely with the management team within the home, and will liaise with head office and directors on a daily basis.
We are looking for someone who is very organised, and has a keen eye for detail, as this role is key in assisting the manager in the smooth running of the home.
The role involves dealing with residents on a daily basis, assisting family with queries, completing head office reports, payroll spread sheets, petty cash, resident funds, Invoices, residents personal allowance, maintaining staff attendance records, note taking for meetings, answering telephones, typing, filing, archiving, dealing with visitors, personnel files, updating training matrix, and general administrative duties as requested by management.
A friendly, efficient, highly organised person is required, who must possess the necessary skills to fulfil the role. You must have confident IT skills, strong communication skills, and a flexible approach to work.
Experience within care homes is desirable, but not essential.
