Salary circa £32,000 per annum plus company van
Monday to Friday working hours, 8am to 5pm, with no weekends

Responding promptly and professionally to customer sales queries, orders, and complaints
Escalating complex customer issues to management when necessary
Adhering strictly to company policies and procedures in all customer interactions
Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies through regular training sessions
Accurately understanding and clarifying customer requests and issues
Upselling relevant products and services to meet sales targets
Ensuring detailed and accurate customer records in the CRM system
Managing parts look-up and order pre-pick processes
Traveling to client sites to support account management and develop key relationships as a Parts AdvisorRequirements of a Parts Advisor:
Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or in a sales role within the automotive or related industries
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
Full UK driving licence is preferred due to the travel involved
Ambition to develop a long-term career within the motor trade
