Location: Bolton (Hybrid).
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week. Salary: £27,000. OTE: £35,000 – Uncapped commission.
We’re looking for people who are persistent, resilient and determined to join our Lead Generation team. As a B2B Sales Lead Generator, you’ll make outbound sales calls to prospective businesses to create interest in our most trusted utility comparison service.
We value the time of teammates and ensure a work–home balance: Monday‑Friday, no weekends or late evenings, with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
Our “hot‑club” offers a clear progression path with dedicated training and support, helping you move from Sales Lead Generator to Sales Consultant for greater earning potential and career growth.

A Bit About The Role
You’ll work through your pipeline of leads, using fact‑finding and rapport‑building skills during calls to deliver a first‑class service to potential customers. You’ll advise clients on how Love Energy Savings can help them save money on their Energy and Utility bills, while delivering outstanding customer service.
You’ll also make outbound calls, continuously nurture contacts, and treat them as your own business.

Working in a sales lead generation role isn’t new to you – experience, confidence and a proven ability to hit targets consistently are a must. You’ll be resilient, motivated to smash targets, and unafraid to ask for business.
