Overview
We are in search of a Support Coordinator to act as the cornerstone for our team across three supported living bungalows in the Kingswinford area of Dudley. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional, person-centred services aimed at enhancing the quality of life for our service users with learning disabilities, autism, and physical disabilities. You will lead to maintain operational excellence and top-tier care within a setting registered with the CQC and commissioned by Dudley Council.
Responsibilities
* Manage and deploy staff to cater to the individual needs of our service users, factoring in personalised schedules and activity plans.
* Set and maintain professional standards, inspiring the team to provide high-quality support.
* Be patient, professional and well organised with excellent communication and leadership skills, both verbal and written.
* Liaise proactively and effectively with social workers and other members of the multi-disciplinary team.
Qualifications
* Minimum of two years\' experience in providing care and support to people with learning disabilities and other needs is essential.
