The Role
We’re seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team. This is a varied and rewarding position, blending front-line tenant interaction with behind-the-scenes property management support. You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience across all aspects of commercial property management while contributing directly to the success of our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for tenants and visitors, handling enquiries in person, by phone, and by email
* Support senior property managers with day-to-day tenant and property matters
* Maintain accurate records, from tenant details to property compliance
* Assist with monitoring rent payments and arrears, coordinating follow-ups as required
* Manage compliance tracking (e.g. gas safety, fire risk assessments, EPCs)
* Handle utility administration and liaise with councils on business rates or council tax
* Communicate with contractors, councils, and service providers to keep properties running smoothly
* Take ownership of varied administrative tasks to support the wider team
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Confident and professional in customer-facing situations
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to develop knowledge of commercial property
Desirable:
* Previous experience in property management or administration
* Familiarity with compliance, utilities, or property management systems
