We are looking for a Paralegal to join our Commercial Litigation department on our firm’s exciting journey of growth! This is an opportunity to join the business on a full-time basis, providing legal support to the lawyers within the firm. The successful candidate must have graduated with an LLB in Law and/ and whilst experience of managing Litigated files in any discipline is preferred it is not essential.
You should also have a genuine desire to progress your career within Commercial Litigation.

Responsibilities include:
* Supporting the lawyers with commercial litigation matters
* Assisting with case-management and drafting of legal correspondence
* Putting together bundles while drafting and reviewing documents
* Preparing witness statements
* Occasional attendance within tribunals and courts
* Assisting with billing
* Other general support for the team
What we are looking for:
· Educated to degree level.
* Ideally like someone to have experience within a similar role. However, we are open to speaking to graduates who are genuinely keen on this area of law.
* A positive, warm, professional, and credible but adaptable approach
* Good legal technical and research skills are required.
* Ability to offer clear, concise, pragmatic, and commercial advice on cases.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied workload.
* Excellent communication skills and rapport building with clients.
