Sales Business Manager, Spine

Location: West Midlands

The Role

As a Sales Business Manager, you will own and grow a territory across the West Midlands. You will operate as a trusted clinical and commercial partner to spine surgeons, theatre teams, and hospital decision-makers.

This is a hands-on, performance-driven role requiring deep surgical credibility, resilience, and the ability to win and defend business in a highly competitive market.

Key responsibilities include:

5. Driving revenue growth and market share across the Spine portfolio

6. Managing and developing key surgeon relationship

7. s and KOLs

8. Supporting complex cases in operating theatres, including trauma and emergency procedures

9. Executing territory strategy, product launches, and competitive conversions

10. Delivering high-level clinical and product education to surgeons and theatre teams

11. Collaborating closely with Sales Management, Marketing, and Clinical teams to exceed targets

Who We’re Looking For

This role is designed for proven surgical sales professionals who consistently deliver results.

You are:

12. A high performer with a track record of exceeding sales targets in surgical environments

13. Confident operating in complex operating rooms and influencing senior surgeons

14. Commercially sharp, competitive, and comfortable being accountable for results

15. Resilient, strategic, and able to win in contested accounts

What You’ll Bring

16. Extensive experience in surgical or medical device sales, ideally within orthopaedics, spine, trauma, or another theatre-based specialty

17. Demonstrated success managing high-value territories and key hospital accounts

18. Strong understanding of NHS structures, procurement, and tender processes

19. Proven ability to support and sell in live operating theatre environments

20. Excellent territory planning, forecasting, and CRM discipline (Salesforce experience preferred)

21. Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills at consultant level

22. A results-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability

23. Full UK driving licence
