What you'll innovate:
* Advanced coating performance on sustainable leather textiles from R&D to production
* Collaborate with suppliers and universities on cutting-edge coating solutions
* Optimise coating effectiveness and assess the impact on product performance
* Manage scale-up processes from ideation to full manufacturing
* Lead your own projects and test breakthrough coating technologies
* Provide technical recommendations for next-generation solutions
You bring:
* Degree in Chemistry, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or Material Science
* 4+ years coating or polymer industry experience (printing, packaging, paint, polymers)
* Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities
* Supplier management and excellent communication skills
* Passion for sustainable innovation and circular materials
