In this role, you will work closely with a specific pupil, providing tailored support to help them access learning, build confidence, and develop key social and communication skills. You will collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure a consistent and positive approach.
Within this 1:1 SEN Intervention Assistant role, you will:
Provide dedicated one-to-one support for a pupil with SEN
Help implement personalised learning and support strategies
Support communication, emotional regulation, and engagement
Build a positive and trusting relationship with the pupil

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to supporting children with additional needs. Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.
