We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Part Time Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to an enjoyable dining experience.
Duties
* Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
* Maintain a clean and organised bar area, adhering to food safety standards.
* Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
* Ensure timely service while managing multiple orders efficiently.
* Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
* Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
* Follow all health and safety regulations to create a safe environment for both staff and patrons.
Skills
* Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
* Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills.
* Knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes is advantageous.
* Understanding of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
* Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
Experience:
* Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
