Corporate Tax Associate Director / Director - Partner-Track
Location: Kent/Southeast London
Salary: £110,000 plus excellent benefits
Our client is a leading accountancy practice with offices throughout the UK. As part of an ongoing programme of growth they are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Director to step into a high-impact, succession-planned role within their offices in Kent. This opportunity sits under long-standing Partner, who has spent over 25 years building a strong, diverse OMB client base-and is now looking for a future Partner to join him.

What you'll be doing
* Leading and developing a corporate tax team
* Delivering high-quality advisory work for an established OMB portfolio
* Driving business development with existing and new clients
* Working closely with the Partner on strategic planning and long-term succession
* Managing a diverse client mix spanning tech, shipping, storage, professional services, legal, and software
What we're looking for
* Ideally CTA-qualified with around 10+ years' experience
* Strong OMB background with broad corporate tax exposure
* Confident leader with a commercial mindset
* Someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial, mid-tier environment
* They want a tax professional who is hands-on, collaborative, and accustomed to variety
