This is a truly unique and interested opportunity to work on projects in high-tech regulated industries such as cleanrooms, research laboratories, medical manufacturing facilities and more. We are looking to speak with professional, technically driven engineers interested in honing their engineering skills on bespoke, challenging projects in specialist markets. If you have experience in these sectors then that is advantageous, however this is a great chance for an individual to move away from traditional building services projects. Ensuring an understanding of project briefs. Design and specification of all Electrical Building Services systems. Preparation and review of documentation eg designs, specifications, assessment reports, survey reports. Site surveys, inspections and monitoring of site works Implementation of detailed surveys of electrical services and equipment to establish status of the existing installations and gain sufficient information to recommend new/upgrade design proposal Report and technical note writing Degree qualified or equivalent qualification in Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering Knowledge of electrical design within the built environment. Good report writing skills, experience of making presentations to and attending meetings with clients. Detailed knowledge of appropriate technical standards, able to take charge of project deliverables, make decisions, act on own initiative.
