Kensington

£60,000-70,000

Take charge of a high-value property portfolio as well as offering bespoke concierge services to distinguished multi-generational family while they are in London.

This is a rare chance to lead a well-established family office and demonstrate hands-on experience across multiple areas, from overseeing residential properties to managing residential property staff to arranging exclusive lifestyle experiences. This is more than just an office management position - it’s a unique opportunity to demonstrate on a daily basis your leadership, hands on drive, willingness to work in the field and organisational skills.

With a salary range of £60,000-70,000, you’ll enjoy both a solid renumeration package and well as career longevity (we want someone to join for the longer term and have only had 2 employees in this post in the last 25 years) while building a reputation for working with one of the most respected and well-established international families.

What you’ll do

You’ll head up a 6-person family office based in London, providing both a broad range of concierge services and managing UK residential properties. When the family visits, you’ll ensure their stay is seamless, taking care of every detail from appointments to personal shopping to organising events and much more.

You’ll also oversee the management of the principals’ residential properties including routine and long-term maintenance as well repairs and renovations as needed. This includes sourcing competitive quotes from tradesmen, supervising work, and making sure everything meets the highest standards.

Other duties include arranging travel related activities, securing visas, organising and/or booking events, and handling a wide range of personal and family-related matters. You’ll be trusted to make recommendations and take ownership of all logistics.

This role is not just about managing tasks; it's about building relationships, anticipating needs, and delivering excellence to ensure the family’s personal and professional needs are met with the utmost discretion and efficiency.

What you’ll need

* Proven experience managing a significant number of residential properties and providing high end, diverse concierge services gained in a family office, country estate or 5-star hotels background
* Strong organisational skills, intelligence, proactivity and the skill to develop and mentor office and household staff to maintain cost-effective, responsive top-tier service
* Vendor & contractor oversight: including drawing up requests for quotations, evaluating and negotiating offers, comparative analysis of cost effective offers, presenting the same to the family as well as implementing agreements to successful conclusion.
* Financial & budgetary support; dealing with expenses, and financial reporting
* The discretion, warmth and the ability to work closely with demanding UHNW individuals
