SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Cranleigh, Surrey
Salary: GBP20,224 : GBP21,032
Hours: 36 hours per week (Term:time + CPD days)
(Part:time 3+ days considered)

We are looking for dynamic individuals to support students aged 5:19 with severe social communication difficulties, complex learning disabilities, and challenging behaviors, helping them develop essential life skills for a more independent future.
The Role
* Small Class Sizes: Work with groups of 8:13 students grouped by ability.
* Holistic Support: Assist with literacy, numeracy, and PSHE using multi:sensory tools (Makaton, signs, and symbols).
* Behavioral Guidance: Support students through moments of anxiety or frustration with a calm, patient approach.
* Personal Care: Provide essential care and hygiene support (full training provided).
