About The Role
Pay Details: £28,624 - £31,067
Hours of Work / Working Pattern: 37 hours, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
Main Place of Work: Civic Offices
Description: You will provide ongoing support to ensure the effective delivery of quality Telecare Services. Your role is to enable residents to live safely at home for as long as possible by promoting independence and reducing dependence on care packages.
About You
You should be passionate about social care and supporting independence for vulnerable residents.
You will need:
* Experience working with basic equipment and technology
* Experience dealing with the public
* Good verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
