We are looking for full time Operations Assistant to join our Operations Team.
Must have excellent speaking, writing and communications skills, with a polite telephone manner to join our team.
You should be able to engage with new and existing Customers via email, over the telephone and via WhatsApp.
Main duties will include:
Answering the telephone, booking in jobs over the telephone and dealing with emails (main task.)
Excellent communication with Clients and Engineers, taking Customer payments and additional general administration duties, working alongside the current administration team.
Job Types: Full Time, Office Based
Starting Salary National Minimum Wage £ £12.21 per hour
Schedule:
· 8.5 hours per day
· 5 day per week, Monday to Friday
Experience:
· Office Administration: 2 years (Preferred)
· Required to be confident using Excel, Microsoft and Outlook
· Knowledge of Commusoft (Preferred)
Operational Duties:
· Answering phone calls and dealing with them and transferring them as necessary
· Answering emails
· Booking in jobs
· Every day administration tasks
· Any extra tasks from Management
