Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Wembley. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring production schedules are met, and coordinating with various departments for smooth operations. Responsibilities also include managing production planning, monitoring product quality, and maintaining safety standards. Effective communication with team members and other departments will be critical to success in this role.
Qualifications
* Supervisory Skills and experience in Production Management
* Proven ability in Production Planning and managing Production Schedules
* Strong Communication skills for effective team and inter-department coordination
* Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant work experience
* Experience in the food manufacturing industry is a plus
