Job Description
Overview: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Engineer to join a leading civil engineering contractor on a major Bulk Earthworks package in Aylesbury. This is a site-based role working on a large-scale infrastructure project, with a strong pipeline of works over the next 9 months.
Responsibilities
 * Oversee the delivery of bulk earthworks and associated civil packages
 * Manage setting out, QA, and site documentation
 * Coordinate subcontractors and supervise site teams
 * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements
 * Report progress and support the site management team with programme delivery
Requirements
 * Minimum 5 years' experience in a Senior Engineer role on civil infrastructure projects
 * Proven track record delivering bulk earthworks or heavy civils packages
 * Proficient in setting out, QA documentation, and daily site reporting
 * Excellent knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction techniques
 * Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
 * CSCS card and right to work in the UK
