Assistant Manager
WE NEED YOU TO:
1. Ensure service standards are consistently met in your store, through regular team motivation, training and development
2. Be a mentor for your team by demonstrating service standards and leading by example
3. Ensure store and company sales targets are consistently achieved by setting and monitoring these for your store and team
4. Regularly monitor your teams’ KPIs and performance, putting plans in place for further development as and when needed alongside the store manager
5. Ensure operational objectives of the store and company are upheld and maintained
6. Ensure all policies and procedures are consistently maintained through high standards of compliance at all times
7. Regularly update the store manager on trade and team performance
8. Support your manager with recruitment and onboarding talent for your store, whilst working with the HR talent team
9. Maintain a high-performance team through regular one- to-one meetings
10. Build and maintain excellent client relationships for repeat business
11. Support the store manager to maintain staff rotas, remaining reactive to trading patterns, Christmas & sales
12. Monitor and manage stock deliveries
13. Work with head office merchandising team to ensure restock accuracy
