The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Corporate Communications team with administrative tasks, project management, and marketing campaign execution. The successful candidate will be proactive, eager to communicate their ideas, and have strong attention to detail. Specific Responsibilities: Maintain digital editorial calendar of social and paid media content. Coordinate Dye & Durham's appearances at external industry events, ensuring the right people and collateral are in attendance, on brand, and on time. Maintain and track inventory of branded collateral for internal and external events. Organise, promote and host customer training webinars. Coordinate external resources (e.g. creative resources) to produce compelling marketing materials on time and on brand. Work alongside Product Marketing and GTM functions to ensure marketing and strategic communications activities are aligned and coordinated. WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? Customer-centric and data-driven approach to work Proficient with essential MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams); experience using HubSpot and/or Canva would be an advantage. A solid understanding of brand guidelines and how to apply them to all marketing activities. An educational background in marketing or communications
