We are currently working with Nationwide house builder who is looking to add an experienced Customer Care Administrator to the team. Customer Care Administrator
Salary: From £24,000
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Location: CF72
As a Customer Care Administrator you will be working on the Customer Care team assisting with:
·Administrative support to the team
·Maintain database with accurate and updated information
·Manage invoices for payment and resolving any invoice queries
·Supporting and working closely with Contract Managers
·Providing exceptional customer service and communication
·General admin duties
·Handle customer queries and complaints
·Liaising with tenants and booking in appointments for maintenance & services
To be Successful in this Customer Care Administrator position you will need:
·Previous scheduling experience
·High level of customer service skills
·Great communication both written and verbal
·Experience in a similar position
