Position: Regional Housing Manager
Location: Working from home with travel to London / Kent, Surrey & Sussex
DBS – Enhanced Required
Role Overview: As a Regional Housing Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing our housing programs within the region. You will be responsible for ensuring that our properties meet the highest standards of quality and compliance, while fostering a supportive environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations of multiple housing facilities across the region.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.
* Collaborate with local agencies and stakeholders to support residents’ rehabilitation needs.
* Oversee property maintenance, renovations, and upgrades.
* Lead and mentor a team of housing coordinators and support staff.
* Monitor and report on the effectiveness of housing programs and services.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in housing management, preferably within a rehabilitation or social services context.
* Strong knowledge of housing regulations and compliance standards.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
* Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Compassionate and dedicated to improving the lives of others.
* Bachelor’s degree in social work, public administration, or a related field (preferred).
