Digital Account Manager
Location: Feering, Essex
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced, capable, and eager Digital Account Manager to join our Digital Client Services team.
Your main responsibility will be managing our Digisuite app, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and overseeing delivery, support, and ongoing optimisation. Experience in a similar agency role is essential. Knowledge of webspace is a bonus.

Responsibilities:
* Manage Digisuite projects end-to-end (setup, delivery, support)
* Be the main contact for Digisuite clients
* Coordinate internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
* Oversee client training and post-launch support
* Monitor performance and identify improvement or upsell opportunities
* Support web projects (websites, microsites, updates) when required
* Maintain project and billing oversight using internal systems
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a Digital Account Manager or similar agency role
* Strong client management and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Commercially aware and proactive
* Knowledge of webspace / website delivery
* Experience with CMS platforms, Digisuite, or similar tools
