As a Systems Development Analyst, you will: Develop and maintain reporting technologies and system automations Act as the primary systems administrator for our pensions administration software, ensuring optimal functionality and security. Collaborate with the Systems Development Manager and Head of IT to deliver business intelligence and management information solutions. Provide high-level service and support to internal and external stakeholders. Manage the internal service desk and maintain up-to-date documentation for reporting systems. Lead software testing, administration, and process improvements. Support project implementation, including documentation and staff training.
