Well established Lancaster company are looking to recruit an expereinced Accounts Assistant to join their friendly Accounts Team.
Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for the following areas :
* Credit control - chasing payments via telephone and letter
* Producing weekly stock report
* Production of aged debtor report
* General administration including filing remittances and customer correspondance
* Process weekly wages for hourly paid staff
* Process new starters and leavers
* HMRC Reporting
* Production of Quartlerly VAT and Intrastat returns
